The whimsical Agnes reads people's souls and heals bodies. Fame about the unusual abilities of the falconer girl is spreading around the neighborhood. Meanwhile, her husband William conquers the London scene. But one day, death crosses their threshold and, despite all Agnes' efforts to change something, takes away the eleven-year-old Hamnet. The loss of a son changes the relationship between a man and a woman who once loved each other fiercely. A wall of powerful pain and helplessness grows between them. But four years later, William Shakespeare creates the play "Hamlet", reviving both his son and his marriage.
